The Willow’s brand and design vision seamlessly blend Gramercy’s historic charm with modern sophistication. In collaboration with Naftali Group, COOKFOX Architects, and Rockwell Group, we crafted a timeless identity that reflects the neighborhood’s refined character.

Rooted in classic masonry, the architecture harmonizes with its surroundings, while warm, light-filled interiors and thoughtfully curated amenities elevate the living experience. Situated at the crossroads of Gramercy, Flatiron, and NoMad, The Willow captures the essence of downtown Manhattan—heritage, culture, and modern luxury.
